Changi Beach Park Intertidal Walk

On 23rd January 2008, we went to Changi Beach Park with our homeschool friends. It was very fun finding sea creatures. We saw lots of hermit crabs and around the seaweed there were a lot of mussels. There was a crab called the mooncrab. It was shaped like a moon and its legs had paddles. When the guide July put it on the sand, it sunk in a split second!

This is the moon crab!

Good day!

This blog is started because we went to the Changi Beach Park with Uncle Joe, July, November, Aunty Ria and our homeschooler friends on 23 January 2008. We are celebrating the International Year of the Reef 2008 and we are learning more about the marine habitat. We were also taught how to blog about nature in the Seashore Blogging Workshop conducted in NIE on 25th January 2008. I am excited to post lots more this year and to share with you what I learn. You can also check out some of my friends' blogs here !
